Laine Mansour was crowned Most Beautiful at the 2016 Parade of Beauties Wednesday. The competition comprised 92 women and was held in the Gertrude Ford Center for Performing Arts. Taylor Alice Mays, the 2015 Most Beautiful, crowned Mansour.
