Kevin Eduardo Garcia-Hernandez, 18, of Oxford, was charged with motor vehicle theft. On April 15, OPD officers took a report of a stolen vehicle; the suspect’s description was Hispanic male. The investigation led to the vehicle’s location and Hernandez was arrested, charged and taken before Judge Mickey Avent for an initial appearance. Hernandez’s bond was set at $2,500.
