On April 21, a victim reported fraudulent charges of his American Express Card in the amount of $700.49 at a local business in Oxford. Upon viewing the store’s video surveillance, the victim positively identified John Branson Keyte, 19 of Denver, Colorado. As a result, OPD officers arrested Keyte for credit card fraud on April 25. Keyte received a bond of $2,500.
