The series, which is held in front of the student union, features acts ranging from country to bluegrass. The performances that usually draw the biggest crowds are step shows.

The Eta Zeta chapter of Omega Psi Phi was one of the organizations that participated. They promoted their theme 40 shades of purple throughout the week on social media.
