It’s not the best idea. The Daily Mississippian doesn’t recommend you eat the egg, but, for bragging rights, you should know how to fry it – and with the record hottest summer in the past 135 years, you have every reason to try. If you place the egg on a piece of aluminum foil it will fry quicker and more evenly than on the actual road. Whether or not you can actually get the egg to fry is questionable – the egg must reach between 145-150 degrees Farenheit to actually cook.
