On October 10, at approximately 10 p.m., Oxford Police Department officers responded to a reported armed robbery at Esplanade Ridge. The victim said three black males entered his home through the back door. While one male held the victim at gunpoint, the other two suspects searched the home for narcotics and money. According to the victim, there were not any narcotics in the home, but the robbers stole his phone and 20 dollars. The police recovered the phone outside of the residence, and investigators took over the ongoing case. The victim was not injured during the incident.
